Terms of service

Flank Edits is a service of Flank LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. “Flank Edits”, “we” and “us” mean Flank LLC. These terms cover flankedits.com and the videos we make for you. You agree to them when you tick “I agree” as you sign up.

What we do

• Our team edits your videos and makes motion graphics.
• A request is one video, in all the sizes you need, or one round of changes. Each clip from a long video counts as one request, up to 90 seconds.
• Add as many requests as you want to your queue. We work on as many at a time as your plan says, in order.
• A clip of up to 90 seconds is delivered in 1 working day or less. A long form video, anything longer than 90 seconds, is delivered in 2 working days or less.
• Changes are unlimited. Each round of changes is a request.
• Video generated by AI from a prompt isn’t part of a plan. If you want it, we price it separately first.
• We work with you on Slack: that’s where you send requests and get your videos.

Plans and prices

• Unlimited: $499 a month for 1 request at a time, $999 for 2, $1,499 for 3, $1,999 for 4. Prices are in US dollars and don’t include tax.
• In-House Team: the price and what’s included are agreed with you in writing.

Your free trial

• Your first 2 days are free, and so is your first video. You add your card when you sign up, and we don’t charge it during the trial.
• Your plan starts when the 2 days are up, or sooner if you start it from your page. Then we charge your plan’s price, and again each month on that date, until you cancel.
• Cancel before the 2 days are up and you pay nothing.

Paying

• Stripe takes the payments and keeps your card. We never see your full card number. Stripe emails your receipts.
• Change plans whenever you like, from your page. The change starts right away, and we charge or credit the difference for the rest of the month. During your free trial, a change costs nothing.
• If a payment fails, Stripe tries your card again, and we may pause your requests until it goes through.

Cancelling

• Cancel any time from your page. Your plan runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for, then stops, and you aren’t charged again.
• We don’t refund part of a month.

Your videos

• What you send us stays yours. The videos we make for you are yours to use however you like.
• You confirm you have the right to everything you send us, such as footage, music and logos, and that we may use it to make your videos. We may turn down anything we can’t make lawfully.
• We don’t show your videos to anyone else without your OK.

Our name and work

The Flank Edits name and logo and this website belong to Flank LLC. The service is provided as it is.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of flankedits.com or the service, and our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top, and tell clients at least 7 days before a change that matters takes effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
