Flank Edits is a service of Flank LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. “Flank Edits”, “we” and “us” mean Flank LLC. This policy covers flankedits.com, the calls we hold, and the videos we make for you.

If you visit flankedits.com

• The website sets one cookie of its own, so it knows when you come back. It lasts about 400 days.
• With it we record the pages you visit, how long you look at them, the link that brought you here (including ad campaign tags and ad click IDs), and your browser and IP address. We use this to see which ads and pages bring people to us. That record stays in our own systems.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the site, handles your IP address and browser details to deliver the page and protect it from attacks.
• On flankedits.com, Meta’s pixel loads too. It tells Meta about your visit and sets Meta’s own cookie, so we can measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram and choose who sees them.
• The site’s fonts come from flankedits.com itself, not from a font service.

If you book a call

• We receive your name, email address, phone number and website, and connect them to your visits above.
• We use them to hold the call on Zoom, send you the invite and reminders, and follow up about our service.

If you sign up

• Your card goes into Stripe’s form and is stored by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
• We receive your name, email address, your plan and how your payments stand.
• When you tick “I agree”, we keep the words you agreed to, when, and your IP address.
• What you send us for your videos, and the videos we make, are kept to make and deliver your videos.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that run Flank Edits, and only so they can do their part:

• Cloudflare: hosting and our database;
• Stripe: payments, your saved card and receipts;
• Zoom and Google: our calls, calendar and email;
• Slack: where we work with you;
• the software we edit with, which gets only the files for your videos;
• Meta: to measure our own ads, we may send Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of the email and phone number you gave us, with the ad click ID, IP address, country and browser details of your visit. Its pixel also sees the pages you visit on flankedits.com.

We will also share information if the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

• Billing records are kept as long as the law and running the business require.
• Anything we don’t need to keep, we delete when you ask.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask for a copy. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law, and we honour them.

Children

Flank Edits is for businesses and for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
